The
Beginning
The
Kenyan Community International Church (KCIC) was founded in
December 2000, as a fellowship for the Kenyan community living
in Seattle and its environs. As ambassadors for Christ here
in the U.S. and in Kenya, we desired to commune with each other
and rally around a church community to hear and learn from
the word of God.
The Church's
membership continues to grow tremendously. The Church has various
ministries each of which provides spiritual nourishment to
our members and the entire Kenyan community in Seattle and
its environs.

As many may
be aware, the gospel is alive and well in Africa and changing
lives for millions of people. Half of our missionary effort
is to transfer this great belief to the United States and commune
with other people, churches and organizations in the country.
We often have guests from the area communities in attendance
at our services to share, worship and encourage each other.
Our
Mission
To actively and joyfully
pursue God’s perfect will in
our lives by preaching faith, hope, and love to one another,
our guests, and neighbors and also through teaching our audience
of Biblical truths that reveal God’s all satisfying supremacy.
Our church ministries proclaim our faith through deeds which
are based on the call to be our brothers keeper.
Mark 16:15 Go into all the world and preach the Good News to
everyone, everywhere.
Our
Vision
To do all things through Christ who strengthens
us that are passionate and zealous in God’s love, with
the aim of bringing more souls into the kingdom of God through
Jesus Christ our Lord
and savior.
We are
God’s workmanship, created in Christ
Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us
to do. Ephesians
2:10
