All our services
on Sunday begin at 4:00 p.m. and end around 6:30 p.m.
Church services
are held every Sunday at 4:00 p.m. in the sanctuary of Rainier
Beach Presbyterian Church @ 9656 Waters Avenue South,
Seattle, WA 98118. Our Brothers and Sisters in Christ at Rainer
Beach Presbyterian have been a wonderful blessing to us in
our Ministry and we are honored to serve with them. The services
are held in a mix of languages, featuring English, Kiswahili
and Kikuyu to cater to our multi-ethnic congregation
Every first
Sunday of the Month is Youth Sunday, while the second is Communion
Sunday. The third is Building Fund Sunday and the fourth is
Women’s Ministry Sunday. See details below;
1st
Sunday/ Youth Sunday
Our youth are very active and in addition to leading the Praise
and Worship, they lead the service on Youth Sunday. Every first
Sunday of the Month is Youth Sunday
2nd
Sunday/ Communion Sunday
On this day,
the Lord’s Supper is served
and we commune with God and each other in sharing his sacrifice
and love to
us. 
3rd
Sunday/ Men Ministry/Building Fund
The Building Fund Committee runs the building fund we have commissioned
to help us set up a church building and Community center to hold
services, conduct ceremonies, teach Sunday School, daycare and
other classes as well as serve as a meeting place for community
members. The community center will also be used to share the
great history, heritage, art work and work of God in Kenya. We
hope to include some green space for outdoor activities as well.
4th
Sunday/ Women's Ministry
The Women’s
ministry serves as a communion of our sisters in Christ as
they serve God and the community. They conduct the service
on women’s ministry Sunday and are the principal partner
for our bake sales every Sunday. They also co-operate with
the youth to teach Sunday school classes.
